Born 6/23/07, Zoey and her sister Maddy have been in foster care since they were babies. Zoey is the smaller of the two and isn't as bold as her sister, but she still loves attention and will weave around your legs when she wants to be petted. She loves to play with her sister and she even offers to play with the dogs every once in a while. She and her sister are both sweethearts and just need to find someone to give them a forever home.
